Photos you upload. Your photo is sent to our AI processing provider solely to generate your character image. When you order, the finished artwork is stored securely so it can be checked and printed. Photos are never used to train AI, sold, or shared with advertisers.

Email address. After a set number of free creations we ask you to verify your email with a one-time code, to manage usage limits and, with your consent, send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe any time.

Usage and technical data. We count AI creations per day (by verified email or IP address) to prevent abuse. Our hosting provider may collect standard data such as IP address and browser type.

Order and payment information. Purchases are processed by Shopify, which collects your name, address, email and payment details. We never see your full card number.

Messages. If you contact us, we keep your name, email and message to reply to you.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart, your latest creation and your free-creation count. This stays on your device.

Verified emails and usage records are kept while your access is active and removed on request. Order information is kept as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your information and opt out of marketing. Contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us and we'll delete it.

Only upload photos of yourself, your pets, or people who have given you permission.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure payment processing through Shopify. No method is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
